1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All orders are processed at our registered Ahmedabad fulfillment center:

• Standard In-Stock Products: Processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Custom-Tailored Poshaks: Custom design orders require specialized artisan crafting and are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or national postal holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates Across India

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted tier-1 courier partners:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, etc.): Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Regional Towns): Typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
• Remote / Northeast Locations: May take up to 7 to 9 business days depending on local postal connectivity.

3. Shipping Charges & Payment Terms

Kanha Clothing operates strictly on a 100% Prepaid Model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported to ensure swift doorstep dispatch and zero transit rejection.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout based on order weight and destination. We periodically offer Free Shipping promotions on orders above a specified cart value.

4. Live Shipment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will instantly receive an automated confirmation with a Tracking Link & AWB Number via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. You can track your parcel in real-time from dispatch to doorstep delivery.

5. Secure Packaging & Mandatory Unboxing Video

Every outfit, wooden singhasan, and jewellery set is inspected for quality and securely packed using protective bubble cushioning and tamper-evident packaging.

6. Address Accuracy & Logistical Delays

Please ensure your complete delivery address, landmark, and active WhatsApp/contact number are entered accurately during checkout. Kanha Clothing is not liable for delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact info or customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
