2. Products & Handmade Specifications

We take maximum care to accurately display the designs, colors, fabrics, and dimensions of our handmade Laddu Gopal dresses, jhulas, singhasans, and jewellery. However, slight variations in color, lace, or stone work may occur due to device display configurations and the handmade nature of the items.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & 100% Prepaid Payment Terms

Kanha Clothing operates strictly on a 100% Prepaid Model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered. We accept verified payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking through encrypted payment gateways.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with inaccurate information, technical pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized transactions.

4. Shipping, Transit & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for general guidance and may vary depending on destination pin codes, festive courier rushes, or regional logistical conditions. Once your parcel is handed over to our verified third-party courier partners, transit tracking details are shared directly with you.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All return, replacement, and refund requests are strictly governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Eligible claims (such as damaged or wrong items) must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the website or its content:
